Delivery and timelines
Flare orders arrive in 14-21 days, counted from the day your payment clears rather than the day you place the order. Delivery is free on 5 pairs or more, and K75 below that. Every order is trackable from your account the whole way.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 14-21 days from cleared payment. Imported direct from our overseas manufacturing partners. That travel time is the bulk of the wait, so the clock starts when the money lands, not when you check out.
If anything slips beyond the window we email you before you have to ask.
What does delivery cost?
Orders of 5 pairs or more ship free. Below that it is a flat K75 regardless of how far you are.
The delivery line is always shown in your cart before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.
How do I follow my order?
Every order gets a reference like FLR-10423 in your confirmation email. Enter it on the track page, or sign in and every order is listed with its current stage.
The stages are order placed, payment received, preparing your order, on the way, and delivered.
What if nobody is home?
We call the number on the order before delivering. Add a landmark or a better time to call in the notes box at checkout and the driver will use it.
