Returns and size swaps
You can swap any unworn pair for a different size within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is still in its box. Faulty pairs are replaced or refunded in full, and we cover the return either way. Change of mind returns are accepted in the same window if the pair has not been worn outside.
How do I swap a size?
Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and the size you need. If we have it, we send it out and collect the original.
The pair has to be unworn and back in its original box. Trying them on indoors is fine.
What if the pair is faulty?
Send a photo with your order reference. If it is a manufacturing fault we replace the pair or refund you in full, your choice, and we cover the collection.
This applies for 30 days from delivery rather than 7.
Can I return a bulk order?
Yes, but pair by pair rather than as a whole. Each pair is judged on the same rules, so an unworn boxed pair from a 40 pair order can still be swapped.
If the bulk discount no longer applies after a return, the refund is worked out at the price you actually paid.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds go back to the number or account you paid from, usually within 3 working days of us receiving the pair.
