- How long does delivery take?
- Every pair ships from our overseas manufacturing partners, so allow 14 to 21 days from the day your payment clears. You can follow the exact stage of your order from your account at any time.
- Do I get a discount for buying in bulk?
- Yes. Any order of 20 pairs or more automatically takes 20 percent off the whole basket. The discount is applied in the cart before you pay, so the price you see is the price you are charged.
- What happens if the size does not fit?
- Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will swap the pair for another size in the same style, as long as it is unworn and still in the box. Swaps on bulk orders are handled pair by pair.
- Is it safe to pay on the site?
- Card details never touch our servers. Payment is handled by the payment provider, and we only keep the reference and the status of your order.
